What is UDS?
UDS (Undivided Share) is a legal term that refers to your proportionate ownership in a larger piece of land. In the Digiland model, your investment buys a fractional share of agricultural land, meaning you co-own the land along with other investors. You will receive official documentation confirming your UDS ownership.

Your investment is backed by tangible land ownership through legal UDS documentation. Digiland ensures complete legal due diligence, land verification, and compliance before offering any project. While all investments carry some risk, the land-based nature of this model offers more stability compared to volatile financial instruments.

Exiting before the lock-in period is generally not encouraged, as it affects project continuity and returns. However, early exit may be allowed under certain conditions, either by transferring your share to another investor or through internal resale with company assistance – subject to terms agreed at the time of investment.

Early exit is possible, but subject to certain terms. You may resell your UDS share to another investor or back to Digiland, based on current project status and demand. However, exiting before the lock-in period may affect your return potential.
Yes, you’re welcome to visit the project site. Digiland organizes scheduled visits for investors to see the land, understand the development progress, and engage with on-ground activities. Prior appointment is recommended.
